Cohutta Pines Hosted Instructor Guide

Welcome to Cohutta Pines

Thank you for your interest in being hosted at Cohutta Pines.

Cohutta Pines was built with intention as a professional training destination focused on practical, realistic firearms and personal protection training for private citizens, instructors, and responsibly armed professionals. Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and professional environment where instructors can focus on delivering meaningful training while students enjoy a positive and organized experience.

We value professionalism, safety, preparedness, and hospitality. While we host a wide variety of instructors and training styles, Cohutta Pines is intentionally family-friendly, apolitical, and focused on practical skill development rather than theatrics or performative “tactical” culture.

We believe successful hosted events are partnerships. This guide is designed to help instructors understand what Cohutta Pines offers, what we expect from hosted instructors, and how we can work together to create a successful event for everyone involved.
